About Owner
Hi, I’m Tiara Herring, FNP-BC. With over 18 years of healthcare experience, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients in hospitals, clinics, and urgent care settings. Along the way, I saw how many families were left without access to personalized, affordable care that truly met them where they were.
That’s why I created Hand and Hand Primary Care, DBA Caring Hands Urgent Care — a concierge-style practice designed to bring healthcare directly to you. Whether through house calls, telehealth visits, or membership plans, my goal is to remove the barriers of long waits, rushed visits, and complicated insurance.
